摘要
水性薄膜包衣材料是以水为溶剂、以乳液聚合工艺为理论而生产的药用包衣材料,可解决有机溶剂包衣材料带来的污染、挥发和价格昂贵等问题,存在很大的经济和社会效益。本文在乳液聚合理论基础上对引发剂、乳化剂、分子量调节剂等种类和用量、以及聚合温度、搅拌速度等对药用丙烯酸树脂乳液的影响因素进行了探讨。
Aqueous coating material is made by the emulsion polymerization, with the solvent water. It can solve the pollution, volatile and expensive probleras, it has a lot of economic and social benefits. In this paper the effects of dosage, species of initiator, emulsifier, relative molecular mass modulator, reaction temperature, speed of stirring are investigated in detail.
