摘要
立足机构库理论研究现状和实践发展,以同济大学为例,分析校内资源概况和师生资源需求情况,说明构建校内机构库的必要性。然后根据机构库的发展研究,从内容收集、资源组织、质量控制三方面详细讨论机构库的构建策略,提出具体的可行性设计方案,分析研究机构库的体系结构、业务流程和服务等方面。
Taking Tongji University as an example, this paper analyses the resources and the demands of Tongji University, then explains the necessary of constructing institutional repository in the university. It discusses in detail the constructing policy from three aspects： content collection, resource organization and quality contron. Finally, it puts forwards the feasibility project including system structure, operation flow and services and so on.
