摘要
目的：B超在术前检查外伤性白内障后囊的状态和手术中见到的晶体后囊的损伤进行临床比较.角膜穿通伤导致的外伤性白内障52眼,手术前B超查晶体的后囊是否完整.在显微镜下进行外伤性白内障摘除,目测判定晶体后囊是不是有破损.结果：显示后囊完整组27眼,在手术中显示后囊完整者为24眼,符合率为88.0% 后囊不完整者25眼,手术中发现后囊均存在破损,符合率达到100.0%.结论：B超对外伤性白内障术前晶体后囊状态可提供重要的依据,对手术的操作和选择方式上具有很重要的指导意义.
Objective： B surpasses after the technique inspects the crystal which the traumatic cataract in the pouch condition and the surgery saw the pouch damage to carry on the clinical comparison. Does the cornea perforate traumatic cataract 52 which the wound causes, whether in front of the surgery B ultra looks up the crystal after pouch integrity. Carries on the traumatic cataract under the microscope to excise,after the range estimate determination crystal the pouch has the breakage. Results： After demonstrated pouch complete group 27, after the surgery demonstrated the pouch integrity is 24, the coincidence rate is 88.0 % ;Latter pouch integrity 25, after in the surgery did not discover the pouch has the breakage, the coincidence rate achieves 100.0%. Conclusion： B surpasses after the traumatic cataract technique in front of the crystal the pouch condition may provide the important basis,has the very important guiding sense to in the surgery operation and the choice way.
