摘要
本文报告了超声显象对40例眼外伤作异物的诊断和定位的结果。异物的典型超声图象是:呈现为强光点或光条,降低仪器灵敏度后仍明显存在。40例检查结果是:超声显象诊断率90％,x线诊断率95％。对于透x线异物与爆炸伤多发性异物的检查以及球壁异物的定位超声检查均优于x线,因而可以作为检查眼内异物的重要方法。超声检查和x线检查二者的结合将进一步提高眼内异物诊断的准确性。
Fourty cases of intraocular foreign bodies (IOFB) after penetrating eye injuries were successfully diagnosed and located by ultrasonography.The typical ultrasonogram on the screen indicating an IOFB revealed bright spots or stripes which did not disappear when the gain was reduced. The accurate rate were 90% & 95% in ultrasonography & in radiophotography respectively However ultrasonography had its superiorityto radiophotography when the IOFB was penetrable by X-ray, multiple IOFB after explosive eye injuries and the IOFB was stuck on the wall of the eye bail.It is proved that ultrasonography is a valuable method in the diagnosis of IOFB.The accuracy rate will greatly increase when ultrasonography combined with radiophotography is used.
