胃巨大间质瘤1例

摘要 1 病例介绍 患者,女,63岁,因上腹饱胀不适月余就诊,腹部CT提示腹膜后18 cm×16 cm×14 cm占位,CT值 31.5~61 Hu,脾脏受压,胃受压,见图1;胰体尾受压移位,左肾受压向下移位,见图2.以腹膜后肿瘤收入院.
