摘要
文章对低碳技术的内容与领域、低碳技术的发展动向与关键问题进行了全面阐述,重点论述了我国国情决定下的发展低碳技术的战略重点和实现我国高碳能源低碳化发展的战略思想,提出了实现这一战略目标的具体措施建议。
This paper introduces contents and relevant areas of low-carbon technology and discusses its development trends and existing major problems comprehensively.Meanwhile,it analyzes and elaborates deeply the key strategic issues of how to develop its low-carbon technology and low-carbonize its carbonintensive energy system under China＇s nation conditions.The measures of how to realize this strategic target has also been raised in the paper as well.
