牛磺酸对高同型半胱氨酸血症兔动脉粥样硬化的干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨牛磺酸对高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)兔动脉粥样硬化的干预作用。方法采用高L-蛋氨酸饮食方法建立兔HHcy血症模型,补充牛磺酸,以正常家兔为对照,分别于实验0,4,8周检测各组血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、丙二醛(MDA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、一氧化氮(NO)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,并通过血管超声观察腹主动脉血管病理变化。结果蛋氨酸组第4,8周时血清Hcy、MDA、TG、TC、ET、TXB2含量显著高于同期NC组(P<0.01或P<0.05),而NO含量、SOD活力则明显降低(P<0.01);牛磺酸组Hcy显著高于对照组(P<0.01),MDA、TG、TC、ET、TXB2含量则显著低于蛋氨酸组(P<0.01),而NO,SOD比蛋氨酸组显著增高(P<0.01)。血管超声观察,蛋氨酸组腹主动脉内膜明显增厚、血管平滑肌细胞增生,弹力纤维断裂、排列紊乱、有斑块形成;牛磺酸组则与NC组比较无显著差异。结论牛磺酸具有拮抗Hcy诱导的损伤效应,有延缓或阻止AS形成作用。
