摘要
目的建立同时测定鸡骨草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱方法,并对不同产地药材中含量进行了测定。方法采用Hyporsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以0.03mol/L磷酸二氢钾和磷酸的缓冲溶液(pH=3.0)-甲醇(12∶88)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min;检测波长210nm。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在0.253-2.53μg和0.68-6.8μg范围内线性关系良好,r分别为0.9998和0.9996,平均回收率分别为97.4%(RSD=2.72%)和98.8%(RSD=2.97%)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于鸡骨草的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneously determining ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Abrus cantoniensis Hance from different habitats.Methods The ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were separated on a Hyporsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with a mobile of 0.03 mol/L phosphate buffer(pH=3.0)-methanol(12∶88)at 210 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results There was a good liner relationship between the peak area and compounds in the ranges of 0.253-2.53 μg for ursolic acid(r=0.999 8)and 0.68-6.8 μg for oleanolic acid(r=0.999 6).The average recovery rates of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were 97.4%(RSD=2.72%)and 98.8%(RSD=2.97%),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used to control the quality of Abrus cantoniensis Hance.
