摘要
为实现中西部地区顺利承接东部地区的产业转移,文章利用Hoover系数的指标体系分析了东部地区产业聚集现状,确定出需要转移的产业。通过对产业集群发展的现状分析确定出中西部地区可以承接的产业,并在此基础上推导出中西部地区承接东部地区产业转移适合的对接点。结论表明,通过分析Hoover系数来指导产业转移具有实际可行性。
In order to make the central and western regions undertake the industry shift from the eastern regions more smoothly.The Hoover coefficient,which is the system of industry agglomeration indicators,was applied to analysis the current situation of the industry agglomeration in the eastern regions.Which industry can be understood by the central and the western regions was determined through analyzed the current situation of the industry agglomeration.Based on this,the right contact from the eastern regions to the central and western regions was deduced.The results indicate that analyze the Hoover coefficient to direct the industry agglomeration shift can get practical result.
