摘要
文章针对卷纺行业中的纠偏控制系统,设计了一套高精度超声波传感器。通过提高超声波的发射频率来提高传感器的线性度,采用双路信号补偿工业现场中的各种环境干扰,采用模拟和数字两级滤波去除电信号传递的干扰。该系统精度高,抗干扰能力强,也可用于其他相应场合。
In this paper,a high precision ultrasonic sensor for the web guiding and controlling system is designed,which is used in the textile industry.The linearity of the sensor is improved by increasing the ultrasonic's transmission frequency.Two-way signals are used to compensate the interference around industrial environment.Analog and digital filters are adopted to remove signal interference.The system has high precision,strong anti-interference ability.Also it can be used in other appropriate occasions.
