摘要 针对目前带钢跑偏对中(EPC/CPC)的测量问题,提出了一种精度高、稳定性好的高速带钢EPC/CPC检测方案。该方案采用由Chip LED阵列和柱面透镜构成的平行光投射系统来照明,并利用高性能的线阵CCD来提取带钢边缘,同时开发了基于89C51单片机和CPLD器件的测量电路。详细介绍了该检测方案和EPC/CPC测量系统的组成。实验结果表明:该测量系统响应速度快、稳定性好,可使带钢卷取的齐整度控制在±0.1 mm范围内。 A new method with high precision and good reliability is introduced to rectify the deviation during strip running process. With the help of high-performance linear COD and parallel beam projector which is mainly composed of chip LED array and cylindrical lens, the edge of strip steel is extracted, and the measurement circuit based on 89C51 and CPLD devices is developed. The principle and constitution of the edge/center position control (EPC/CPC) measurement system are presented in detail. It is proved by experiments that this measurement system is completely practical and its precision can reach ±0.1 mm.
