摘要
针对现有雷达自动测试系统(ATS)测试性验证困难的问题,设计了一种基于PXI总线的通用ATS使用测试性验证系统,详细说明了系统的硬件构成及软件设计。该系统以PXI嵌入式主控计算机为核心,以NI LabWindows/CVI软件编程技术为开发工具,综合运用计算机测控技术,CVI与PSPICE及Matlab的混合编程技术,标准接口及总线技术等,有效地提高了系统的可信性、通用型和灵活性。验证示例表明,该系统自动化、智能化程度高、适应性强,通过相应适配器的开发可以实现基于仿真的半实物通用装备ATS使用测试性验证,对现有装备的测试性提高具有重要意义,可以促进测试性的不断增长。
Aiming at solving testability verification problem of the Automatic Test System(ATS) existed in radar equipment,an ATS operational testability verification system based on PXI is designed.This system adopts the PXI control computer as its hardware structure and NI LabWindows/CVI as its software development kit.The computer measurement and control technology,CVI mixed programming technology with PSPICE and Matlab,standard interface and bus technology are embedded into the system.In this way,the verification system credibility,universality and adaptability are guaranteed.Actual operating results show that the system has features such as high degree of automation and intelligence and high adaptability.Through the adapter development,the system can realize the universal ATS operational verification based on simulation,and will greatly accelerate the testability growth.
