摘要
为了提高核电站仪表与控制系统的安全可靠性,提出了一种基于ControlLogix系统的PLC硬件冗余控制设计方案,对秦山一期核电站反应堆棒控棒位功率控制系统进行数字化改造。介绍了PLC双重冗余控制系统的原理和结构,并利用可靠性框图模型和马尔可夫模型分析方法,分别对系统可靠性和可用性进行了分析,得出了评价系统可靠性和可用性的指标及其计算方法。分析结果表明,双重CPU冗余控制系统具有更高的可靠性和可用性,可以满足高可靠性工业控制的要求。
To increase the safety reliability of instruments and control systems in nuclear power plant,the design strategy of redundant PLC hardware control based on ControlLogix system is proposed for digitalized retrofit project of rod control and rod position power control system in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant Phase I.The principle and structure of dual redundant control system are introduced;by adopting analysis method of reliability block diagram and Markov model,the reliability and availability of the system are analyzed.The indexes related to evaluate reliability and availability and the calculation method are obtained.The result of analysis indicates that dual redundant CPU control system features higher reliability and availability and meets the requirements of highly reliable industrial control.
