介绍了PLC控制系统可靠性相关定义,构建了小型浇注系统拓扑结构图及其分析模型,论述了其可靠性计算的一般方法,并具体计算了其平均无故障工作时间.并对计算结果与实际应用场合结合进行了简单的分析和总结.
This article first briefly introduces the related definition of the reliability of PLC control system,builds a small pouring system topology diagram and the analysis model.Then discusses the general method of calculation of its reliability,and specifically calculates its mean time between failures.And integrates a simple analysis and summary to the calculation results with practical applications situation.
