摘要
间歇式物理精炼工艺在核桃油加工中的应用不仅能保持核桃油的天然品质,同时也能够降低生产成本、简化生产工艺。本文以河北晶品果业有限公司为例,介绍了核桃油间歇式物理精炼的工艺过程及实际生产设备和操作参数。
The application of intermittent physical refining technology in walnut oil processing can not only keep the natural quality of walnut oil,but also reduce its cost and simply the production process.Taking Hebei Jingpin Fruits Co.,Ltd.for an example,this paper introduced the intermittent physical refining technology,production equipment and the operating parameters in walnut oil production.
