莫西沙星序贯治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效观察 被引量：12

摘要 目的观察莫西沙星序贯治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床疗效。方法将66例患者随机分成2组,治疗组予莫西沙星注射液400 mg每日1次静滴,症状明显改善后改为莫西沙星片400 mg每日1次口服;对照组给予左氧氟沙星400 mg/次每日1次静脉点滴。2组疗程均为10 d。观察2组的临床疗效及细菌清除率。结果治疗组有效率91%,对照组61%,2组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组细菌清除率94%,对照组68%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星治疗老年CAP安全、有效。
