摘要
目的观察金水宝对慢性肾衰竭患者的疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例口服金水宝,对照组40例口服爱西特,观察2组患者SCr、BUN、Ccr、24 h TP、Alb、NO、ET、IgG、CD3、TC、TG、P3+、Ca2+的变化。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗组在降低BUN、SCr、24 h TP、ET、TC、TG、P3+和升高Ccr、Alb、NO、IgG、CD3、Ca2+有明显疗效,2组比较均有显著性差异。结论金水宝能够降低慢性肾衰竭患者BUN、SCr、24 h TP、ET、TC、TG、P3+,升高Ccr、Alb、NO、IgG、CD3、Ca2+,保护慢性肾衰竭患者的肾功能。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Jinshuibao on chronic renal failure patients.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases were in treatment group and treated with Jinshuibao taken orally.The other 40 cases were in control group and treated with Aixite taken orally.The changes of Scr,BUN,Ccr,24 h TP,Alb,NO,ET,IgG,CD3,TC,TG,P^3＋ and Ca^2＋ in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Treatment group had obvious curative effect on lowering BUN,Scr,24 h TP,ET,TC,TG and P^3＋ and heightening Ccr,Alb,NO,IgG,CD3 and Ca^2＋.There were all significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Jinshuibao can lower BUN,Scr,24 h TP,ET,TC,TG and P3＋ and heighten Ccr,Alb,NO,IgG,CD3 and Ca^2＋ of chronic renal failure patients.Jinshuibao can protect the renal function of chronic renal failure patients.
