摘要
目的利用高频彩色多普勒探讨不同级别原发性高血压与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的关系。方法高血压病患者65例,健康查体者(正常对照组)60例。按高血压水平分为1级高血压组、2级高血压组和3级高血压组。应用高频线阵探头测量双侧颈动脉IMT,分析颈动脉与原发高血压分级的关系。结果 1级高血压组,IMT(0.83±0.17)mm,2级高血压组(1.38±0.15)mm,3级高血压组(1.6±0.35)mm,正常对照组(0.48±0.1)mm,原发性高血压病患者颈动脉IMT与原发性高血压病分级呈正相关。结论随着高血压分级水平的增高,IMT逐步增厚。
Objective To explore high - frequency color doppler ultrasound to evaluate carotid intima - media thick- ness (IMT) in primary hypertension with different grade. Methods There were 65 patients with primary hypertension (HP) and 60 patients with healthy control(control). According to level of hypertension,65 patients with primary hypertension were divided into three subgroup : HP1, HP2, HP3. High - frequency line transducer calculated carotid intima - media thickness and analyzed the relationship between the IMT and different grade of primary hypertension. Results In HP1, IMT was ( 0.83 + 0.17 ) mm, it was ( 1.38 :t: 0.15 )mm in HP2, it was ( 1.6 :t: 0.35 ) mm in HP3 and ( 0.48 ~ 0.1 ) mm in control group, there was a positive correlation in IMT with grade of primary hypertension. Conclusion IMT increased with the grade of pri- mary hypertension.
