摘要
本文通过对刘翔的年度训练、比赛安排回顾,剖析孙海平对刘翔所采取"适量高质"、"有用有效"、"结构合理"、"科学节奏"的训练模式,揭示其科学化训练对防止伤病发生、提高竞技水平的重要意义,该研究旨在为今后跨栏训练及比赛中预防伤病提供参考。
Based on the Liu Xiang ’s annual training and competition arrangements for review,Sun Haiping’ training modes—"moderate quality","usefulness and effectiveness," "rational structure","science rhythm",are analyzed.The importance of the scientific training modes to prevent sports injuries and enhance competitive ability is revealed.The conclusion can offer the reference to avoid injury in the future training and competition.
