摘要
"疆独"问题的产生是多种内外因素综合作用的结果,具有复杂的历史背景。新中国成立后,"疆独"势力制造了无数起叛乱、暴力恐怖事件,"疆独"问题已成为影响新疆安全与稳定的最大破坏性因素。"疆独"问题既不是民族问题,也不是宗教问题,而是分裂与反分裂问题,是干涉与反干涉问题。
The ＂Xinjiang Independence＂ issue is the result of compositive functions of multi inside and outside factors,with complicated historical backgrounds.Since the foundation of New China,＂Xinjiang Independence＂ forces have made incalculable rebellions and violent terror,＂Xinjiang Independence＂ issue has been the most destructive factor towards Xinjiang＇s security and stability.The ＂Xinjiang Independence＂ issue is neither ethnic issue nor religious issue,but a secession and anti-secession issue,and an intervention and counter-intervention issue.
