摘要
目的 观察溃结散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效.方法 对12例溃疡性结肠炎病变局限在直肠、乙状结肠患者,采用溃结散保留灌肠2-6个疗程.结果 一年后结肠镜复查,11例治愈,1例好转.结论 以溃结散保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎是有效方法.
Objective To observe the Kuijie San retention enema for ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy. Methods 12 patients with ulcerative lesions confined to the rectum, sigmoid colon in patients with Kuijie scattered 2 -6 courses of treatment retention enema. Results Colonoscopy one year after the review, 11 patients were cured and 1 case improved. Conclusion The Kuijie San retention enema for ulcerative colitis is an effective method.
