中药序贯治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的短期疗效观察被引量：5

摘要目的:观察中药序贯治疗轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎的短期临床疗效。方法:将来自4个临床中心的117例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为中药组(69例)和西药组(48例),分别予中药序贯治疗以及美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服,疗程3个月,比较两组患者症状积分变化、证候改善情况,并对治疗过程中药物的安全性进行监测。结果:中药序贯治疗的短期疗效在症状积分、证候显愈率(44.9%)以及总有效率(87.0%)方面均优于美沙拉嗪肠溶片西药组(20.8%,70.8%)(P<0.05)。中药组对腹胀、肛门灼热和食欲减退3个症状的疗效亦优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:中药序贯治疗能有效改善轻、中度溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
