摘要
[目的]构建土壤中石油污染物的优势降解菌群,并对该菌群的降解性能进行研究,为生物修复技术提供帮助。[方法]构建石油污染物的优势降解菌群,对所构建菌群除油时的最适污染度进行确定,并监测该菌群群在石油烃降解过程中的动力学特征。[结果]各组菌群中ACD为最优菌群,3d内原油的降解率达39.67%;所构建的菌群在污染度为3%时除油效果最好;混合菌群ACD降解石油污染物的反应初期符合1级动力学方程,后期符合0级动力学方程,总体反应趋向于1级反应。[结论]复合菌群对石油污染物的降解性能明显高于单菌,且在其适宜的污染度条件下,菌群的降解性能也有明显提高。
[Objecctive] The aim of the study was to construct the flora which degraded oil in the siol and analyze its characteristics in the degradation process,and would contribute to the development of bioremediation technology.[Method] The flora which degraded oil in the siol was constructed,and the optimal degree of pollution for the effective flora was determined.Dynamic curves of the flora degradating oil process were monitored.[Result] The results showed that the degradation petroleum ability of ACD community was the strongest,within three days,the crude oil degeneration rate achieved 39.67%;When pollution was 3%,the ability of effective flora degrade oil was best;The curves of experiment accorded early with the first-order kinetic equation,the latter with the zero-order kinetic equation,the overall tended to the first-order kinetic equation.[Conclusion] The flora's property on the degradation of oil significantly higher than bacteria's,and when the degree of pollution was in the optimum conditions,the flora's property on the degradation of oil would be significantly improved.
