摘要
通过设定时间段假设,运用图形和数据对农村集中居住区建设的总体经济性进行论证,进而对其可行的方案加以阐述,分析大城市周边的农村集中居住区建设的必要性和可行性,以期达到政府、银行、农民、开发商、城市购房者5方的利益协调。
By setting the assumptions of time segment,graphics and data were used to demonstrate the overall economy of the construction of the rural concentrated residential areas.The feasible options were elaborated.The necessary and feasibility of the rural concentrated residential areas around major cities were analyzed,so as to achieve the interest coordination of the five parties of government,banks,farmers,developers,urban buyers.
