摘要
农民集中居住是我国农村深层次改革和创新所面临的一个新课题,具有重要的理论与实践意义。论文在梳理近年来我国农民集中居住相关文献的基础上,对农民集中居住的概念与模式、意义、障碍、实地研究方法与区域分布等内容进行了归纳和总结,在此基础上展望未来该领域的研究方向,包括农民集中居住与农业现代化、城镇化的关系,运作方式,风险防范与管理,地区差异性研究,节省的土地怎样利用等方面,为后续研究提供参考。
Farmer concentrated inhabitation is a new task of profound rural reform and innovation in China with important practical and theoretical meaning. Based on the summary of domestic related articles,this paper analyzes and concludes the definition,pattern,meaning,barriers,field study techniques and region distribution of farmer concentrated inhabitation,and outlooks the future direction of the research in this field including the relation between farmer concentrated inhabitation,agricultural modernization and urbanization,mode of operation,risk prevention and management,the study on regional differences,saving land utilization,etc.. A clear understanding of the development is obtained,which provides reference for the follow-up study.
