摘要
[目的]探究不同外植体及激素对扎米叶愈伤组织诱导的影响。[方法]采用正交试验方法,以不同部位扎米叶的叶片为外植体,进行较适外植体取材部位和较适愈伤组织诱导激素配比的筛选。[结果]扎米叶成熟叶为较适外植体,以MS为基本培养基,添加6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.4mg/L+2,4-D0.2mg/L激素配比为较适配方。[结论]探讨影响扎米叶愈伤组织诱导的影响因子,为扎米叶的生产和研究提供了依据。
[Objective] The purpose of this research was to study the effect of different explants and different hormones to induce callus of Zamioculcas zamiifolia.[Method]By the orthogonal experimental design,using different parts of leaves as explants,the better explants and medium were selected.[Result] The old leaves was the better explants and the favorite callus induction medium was MS＋ 2.0 mg/L 6-BA＋0.2 mg/L NAA.[Conclusion] The influencing factors of callus induction of Zamioculcas zamifolia Rehd.were discussed,so as to provide scientific basis for the production and research of Zamioculcas zamifolia Rehd.
