摘要
分析了我国目前农村集体土地使用权流转现状,针对存在的典型法律问题,提出一些有效的法制措施,以期为建立规范、有序的农村集体土地使用权流转市场提供依据。
The current situation of rural collective land use right circulation in China was analyzed.Aiming at the typical legal problems,some effective legal measures were put forward in order to establish normative orderly rural collective land use right circulation market.
