摘要
随着三峡库区长江的蓄水,苎溪河入江处的筑坝也即将完工,苎溪河的污染问题将加剧。针对这种情况,进行了苎溪河流域公众环保意识及支付意愿的研究。采用意愿调查价值评估法进行调查研究,结果表明:①2009年研究范围内的公众为改善环境平均支付意愿是7.5元/人,该区域内居民总的支付意愿是304.5万元/年;②公众在环保行为上为"政府依赖型",整体参与环保意识不强;③公众获取环保信息渠道单一,政府对主要的信息发布渠道重视不足;④被调查者的社会状况对支付意愿有显著影响。
Along with the impoundment of Yangtze River in Three Gorges Reservoir area,Zhuxi River will have been dammed,pollution will aggravate for it.In allusion to the circs,awareness of public and willingness to pay for environmental protection of Zhuxi River area were studied.Contingent valuation method was used to investigate.The public average WTP was 7.5 yuan/（person· year）,and the total WTP of the public in the research area was 3.045 million yuan/year.The public acts as a ＂government-dependent＂ for environmental protection,the overall participation for environmental awareness was ineffective.The public had a single channel of access to environmental information,there was government′s lack of major information issuanceissuance.The social state of informant influenced markedly on WTP.
