摘要:采用测定细胞湿重及光密度值来测定植物乳杆菌s4—5的生长曲线,结果表明在菌株接种培养2h后即进入对数生长期,在培养14h后进入稳定期。在植物乳杆菌S4—5生长过程中对其降胆固醇作用进行了研究,结果表明植物乳杆菌S4—5对胆固醇的移除率随着培养时间增加而变大,在培养48h胆固醇移除率达到84.0%,在培养2h(延滞期结束)后其胆固醇移除率为4.8%,在2-14h(指数期)植物乳杆菌S4—5降胆固醇能力快速增加,移除率增加到66.7%,24h后植物乳杆菌s4—5对胆固醇的移除率为75.3%。植物乳杆菌S4—5在培养基不同初始pH条件下对胆固醇的移除率均在71.3%-77.2%之间。本实验为进一步研究植物乳杆菌s4—5降低胆固醇的作用机理提供了基础。
The aim of the study was to evaluate the ability of cholesterol assimilation by LactobaciUus plantarum S4-5 during growth, and growth curve was made by measuring the fresh cell weight and optical density at 600nm. The results showed that the exponential phase started from 2 h incubation and ended at 14 h; the proportion of cholesterol removed by L. plantarum S4-5 increased during incubation. Total 84.0% of cholesterol was removed from medium by L. plantarum S4-5 after 48 h incubation under anaerobic condition. A higher ratio of 75.3% was noted after 24 h incubation compared with 14 h ( end of exponential phase ) and 2 h (end of lag phase), 66.7% and 4.8%, respectively. The ratios of cholesterol assimilation by L. plantarum S4-5 varied from 71.3% to 77.2% at different initial pH of media. These findings provided a theoretical basis to study the mechanism of cholesterol assimilation by L. plantarum S4-5.
