摘要
介绍了电弧喷涂管丝的国内外发展状况,及管状丝材较之粉末、线材等热喷涂材料的独特优势。提出了电弧喷涂用管状丝材开发研究方向。指出高耐磨耐蚀集成涂层将是电弧管状丝材的应用方向。
The use of cored wires for thermal spraying is a relatively new development that is being rapidly utilized for arc spray in a wide variety of application. It has special advantage over other thermal spray materials, especially in wear and corrosion resistance. In this paper,the research art of cored wire which means integrate high properties and characterization with simple operation is discussed. Additionally, this presentation will give a trend analysis that discusses the application of the future.
