摘要
研究了用2种方法制备的AgCuO材料的组织形貌,发现在反应合成法制备的AgCuO材料中,生成的CuO颗粒较细小,并沿着Ag颗粒的边界分布;而粉末冶金法获得的AgCuO材料发生CuO颗粒的团状聚集,且孔隙较多。通过对接触电寿命的测试,结果表明反应合成法得到的AgCuO材料的电寿命是粉末冶金法制备的2倍。
In the present paper, the microstructure difference of AgCuO composite materials prepared by reactive synthesis and powder metallurgy was studied. It was found that the particles of copper oxide distributed in the silver matrix was smaller and finer in the AgCuO materials prepared by reactive synthesis, whereas the distribution of copper oxide particles was inclined to agglomerate gather in the AgCuO materials prepared by powder metallurgy. The service life test showed AgCuO material prepared by reactive synthesis was two times longer than that prepared by powder metallurgy.
