摘要
目的观察西沙必利治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取我院100例功能性便秘患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组50例(男24例,女26例,年纪21～63),给予西沙必利(西安杨森制药有限公司生产)15mg进行治疗,3次/d,分别于早、晚餐前15～30min服用,30d为一疗程;对照组50例(男29例,女21例,年纪22～65),给予麻仁丸9g(中成药)进行治疗,3次/d,餐后服用,30d为一疗程。治疗期间停止服用其他药物,疗程结束后分别观察两组的治疗效果。结果采用西沙必利进行治疗的治疗组效果显著,总有效率为86%,对照组总有效率为46%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西沙必利治疗功能性便秘效果确切、显著、安全,推荐临床使用。
Objective To observe the xisha will be the clinical efficacy of treatment of functional constipation.Methods Select our 100 cases of functional constipation,randomly divided into two groups in treatment group and control group.50 cases in treatment group（male and female 24 cases,21-26 patients age 63）,giving the xisha will（xian janssen pharmaceutical Co.,LTD） 15 mg treatment,three times a day,in early,before dinner,take 15-30 minutes for a period of 30 days,Group of 50 cases（male and female,age 21 cases of 22～65）,giving cannabis pill 9 g（Chinese）,three times a day after meals,take 30 days,for a period.During treatment stopped taking other drugs,treatment were observed after the treatment effect of the two groups.Results The xisha will the treatment effect significantly,the treatment group total effectiveness is 86%,control group total effectiveness is 46%,the treatment group total effectiveness is obviously higher than control group,two groups of comparisons are statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of functional constipation the xisha will effect significantly,safety,exactly,recommend clinical use.
