摘要
目的观察氨溴索对减少心外科手术后呼吸系统并发症的作用。方法 127例患者根据是否使用沐舒坦将其随机分为两组,氨溴索组:63例,围术期用沐舒坦治疗;对照组:64例,围术期未使用沐舒坦。观察两组术后的呼吸系统并发症及不良反应。结果氨溴索组呼吸系统并发症(肺部感染、肺不张)的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦可有效地防治心脏术后呼吸系统并发症,促进患者康复有一定的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of ambroxol on reducing respiratory comp-lications after heart operations.Methods 127 patients were randomly divided into the ambroxol group（63 cases） and control group（64 cases）,respiratory complications and side effects of drugs were observed and compared after heart operations.Results Compared to the control group,the ambroxol group had significantly lower incidence rate in atelectasis and pulmonary infection（P0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol can effectively prevent and cure respiratory complications after heart operations,and play an important role in improving patients＇recovery.
