摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与药物治疗方案的制定与药学监护的方法。方法:通过参与1例慢性支气管炎合并肺部感染患者使用盐酸氨溴索注射液引起胸闷、气喘不良反应的治疗,提出药学建议,并进行药学服务。结果:临床药师的建议被采纳,患者病情好转出院。结论:临床药师参与临床治疗,可以协助医师制订安全、有效的治疗方案。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the methods for clinical pharmacists in establishing clinical pharmacotherapeutie schemes and promoting pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Put forward some suggestions on drug therapy of the patient with chronic bronchitis complicated by lung infection who had chest distress and asthma after ambroxol hydroehloride injection treated and practice pharmaceutical care. RESULTS： The suggestions provided by clinical pharmacists was accepted, and the patient was improved and discharged from the hospital. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists＇ participation is helpful for doctors to make safe and effective medication.
