摘要
舒伯生涯发展理论为我国高职院校就业指导提供了新的思路,他认为生涯发展由时间、深度和广度三个层面构成。其理论对于改善我国就业指导只关注学生毕业求职结果的现状具有理论和现实的意义。
Super' s career development theory provides a new of thinking for employment guidance in colleges and universities. In Super' s opinion, career development consists of time, depth and breadth. It is of great theoretical and realistic significance for us to apply Super' s theory to the improvement of employment guidance in order to change current situation.
