自体静脉移植修复下牙槽神经缺损的实验研究 被引量:1

Autogenous Vein Graft Repair of the Inferior Alveolar Nerve: A Preliminary Investigation in the Rabbit.

摘要 为探讨自体静脉移植修复骨管中下牙槽神经缺损的可行性,实验采用兔的单侧下牙槽神经并造成8mm的缺损。取手术区中的面静脉修复神经缺损,术后20周,静脉管内充满了再生的神经纤维,神经传导速度的恢复率达45.25%。静脉移植修复骨管中的下牙槽神经缺损同修复其它周围神经缺损一样,是一种有效、方便、可供选择的修复方法。 Autogenous vein graft repaired rabbits inferior alveolar nerve which 8mm nerve gap was presented. Nerve regeneration occured in the vein duct between proximal and distal nerve stumps after 8 weeks. Vein duct was full of regenerated nerve and average recovered rat of nerous conduction velocities was 45.25% after 20 weeks. Autogenous vein graft is a effective simple and choice method to repair inferior alveolar nerve.
