摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)10与支气管哮喘发病的关系,并对其释放影响因素进行研究。方法对20例过敏性支气管哮喘患者和20例正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBLC),分别在有无屋尘螨(HDM)和氟美松作用下进行体外培养,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验法对培养上清液中IL10进行测定。结果(1)哮喘患者PBLC培养液中IL10浓度为(44.6±2.5)ng/L,正常对照为(53.6±82)ng/L,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。(2)加入HDM后IL10分泌进一步受到抑制,而正常对照无明显变化。(3)在哮喘组加入氟美松后IL10释放显著增加,正常对照也明显增加。结论PBLC释放IL10减少与哮喘发病有关,HDM和氟美松对IL10的释放有影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between
interleukin (IL)10 and allergic asthma, and the effect of antigen on IL10. Methods The
supernatant of cultured peripherial blood lymphocytes (PBLC) from 20 patients with allergic
asthma and 20 normal subjects with defferent stimuli (HDM) or dexamethasone] was
determined for IL10, by means f enzymelinked immunosorbent assay. Results (1) IL10 was
significantly decreased in asthma group, as compared with the control group (P<0.01); (2) Less
IL10 was released in HDMstimulated PBLC in asthma (P<0.01); (3) IL10 was obviously
increased in dexamethasonstimulated whether in the asthma or in the control group.
Conclusion The diminished IL10 production from PBLC could be related to asthmatic attack in
patients with allergic asthma. Dexamethason might exert, at least, a part of antiinflammatory
activity by inducing IL10 secretion of PBLC.
