摘要
目的探索提高基层医院呼吸道烧伤护理质量的方法。方法根据病情做好气管切开术前术后护理;适量使用抗生素;加强消化道以及静脉营养;做好呼吸道湿化以及排痰护理;加强心理疏导,调动患者战胜疾病的积极性。结果29例病人治愈出院,3例重度呼吸道烧伤病人出现合并症,死于呼吸衰竭。结论对呼吸道烧伤患者应注重气管切开、排痰的护理及对患者的健康教育等病情好转有关键的作用。
Objective To explore the method of improving nursing respiratory tract burn patients in the primary hospital.Methods According to the state of illness,the nursing must be done during the bronchotomy with antibiotic appropriately.The nutrition of alimentary canal and vein should be strengthened.The respiratory tract should be kept wet and the phlegm clean.It is advisable to talk to the patients usually and encourage them to defeat the disease.Results Among the 32 burn patients,29 were healed,with complication in 3 severe degree burn cases who died from breathing exhaustion.Conclusion The above methods have played a significant role in the recovery of patients.
