摘要
目的探讨合理的气管套管内管消毒间隔时间。方法随机选择2002年1月至2004年6月因喉咽疾病而行气管切开术后带气管套管的住院患者共119例,双月住院患者为观察组共67例,消毒内管1次/8h;单月住院患者为对照组共52例,消毒内管1次/6h。结果观察组患者满意度高达86%,睡眠时间和质量明显提高,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论内管消毒时间间隔8h符合患者的临床需要,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate rational sterilizing intervals of the internal tube of trachea cannula.Methods Of 119 hospitalized patients who received tracheostomy for partial laryngectomy between January 2002 and June 2004,67 patients who were admitted in even months were in the study group,whose internal tubes were sterilized at 8 hours intervals,and the other 52 patients who were admitted in odd months were in the control group,whose internal tubes were sterilized at 6 hours intervals.Respiration,cultural results of excretion,the pulmonary infection rate,sleep quality and the over satisfactory degree of the patients were observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the satisfactory degree of the study group was higher and sleep quality was better (P<0.01).Conclusion The 8 hours sterilizing interval seems to meet the clinical requirements better and is worthy of recommendation.
