摘要
目的探讨全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)新生儿血清脂联素水平的变化。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法对169例SIRS新生儿及40例健康新生儿血清脂联素进行动态检测,并对检测结果进行比较。结果 SIRS组新生儿治疗前血清脂联素水平较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SIRS组(80例)未合并多器官功能障碍(MODS)新生儿治疗前血清脂联素水平较(89例)合并MODS新生儿明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。114例存活SIRS新生儿治疗后血清脂联素水平较治疗前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。114例存活SIRS的新生儿治疗后血清脂联素水平较对照组无明显降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前55例SIRS死亡新生儿血清脂联素水平较114例存活SIRS新生儿明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SIRS新生儿血清脂联素参与抗炎症反应,并且随病情的严重程度加重而降低,可作为SIRS病情程度判断的指标之一,对临床诊断和预后判断有指导意义。
Objective To explore serum adiponectin changes in neonates with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS).Methods Enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay was used to detect the serum adiponectin in 169 SIRS neonates (SIRS group) and 40 healthy (control group),the results of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,group SIRS had lower adiponictin level than group control (P0.05);80 neonates without multi-organ dysfunction (MODF) had higher adiponictin level than 89 with MODF in SIRS group before treatment(P0.05).Adiponictin was higher after treatment than before in 114 survival SIRS neonates (P0.05),not significantly lower than in control group after treatment(P0.05).Adiponictin was significantly lower in 55 death SIRS neonates than 114 survival before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Adiponectin,an indicator for judgment of SIRS severity,involved in anti-inflammatory response and lowering with the progression of disease,is of great significance in clinical diagnosis and prognosis judgment.
