摘要
目的研究家庭功能对中学生童年期创伤经验与自尊的中介作用,为探索青少年修复创伤经验的途径提供依据。方法选用家庭功能评定量表、童年期创伤问卷及自尊量表对北京市6所中学的2785名中学生进行调查。结果中介回归分析结果显示,在考虑家庭总的功能情况下,童年期创伤经验总分对自尊的预测作用虽显著但已减弱。家庭功能中问题解决、沟通、角色对自尊具有显著的正向预测作用,同时考虑家庭功能时情感虐待、情感忽视和躯体忽视对自尊的预测作用虽显著但已减弱。结论家庭功能中问题解决、沟通和角色在情感虐待、情感忽视和躯体忽视与自尊的关系中具有部分中介作用。
Objective To study the mediation effect of family function on relationship between child trauma and self-esteem in middle school students,and to provide evidence for trauma restoration.Methods 2 785 middle school students were asked to complete Family Assessment Device(FAD),Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ-SF)and the self-esteem Scale(SES).Results Mediating regression analysis indicated that taking account of family function,child trauma predicted the self-esteem significantly,but the effect was lower.Specifically,problem solving,communication and roles were significantly positive predictor to self-esteem.Considering all of these,emotional abuse,emotional neglect,physical neglect predicted the self-esteem significantly,but the effect was lower.Conclusion Problem solving,communication and roles are partly mediated on relation between emotional abuse,emotional neglect,physical neglect and self-esteem.
