摘要
目的探讨内固定治疗胫骨开放性骨折的临床疗效。方法通过回顾性分析2008年至2009年期间我院骨科对胫骨开放性骨折的治疗情况,来评定内固定治疗胫骨开放性骨折的治疗效果。结果所有病例术后影像学结果示复位满意。38例患者中有33例可以无辅助行走,而无患肢疼痛,并能够从事一般的日常活动。I型,II型胫骨开放性骨折没有发现深部感染,13例II型及III型开放性骨折出现伤口周围皮肤坏死,3例III型开放性骨折出现骨髓炎。结论髓内针或钢板固定治疗I型,II型及IIIA型胫骨开放性骨折是安全有效的,对于IIIB及IIIC型骨折推荐外固定治疗。
Objective For discussing the clinical of the fixation open tibial fractures treatment.Methods We randomly collected 38 cases of open tibial fracture between Jan 2008 and Jan 2009 and retrospectively analyzed the clinical effect treated with internal fixation.Results All these cases had a satisfactory result in radiology.33 of 38 cases could walk alone without aid,feel painless of the injured limb,and engage in daily activities successfully.Deep infection didn＇t occur in type I and type II fractures.The necrosis of skin around wound was seen in 13 cases of type II and type III fractures.Osteomyelitis was found in 5 cases of type III fractures.Conclusions We think that internal fixation is safe and effective for the treatment of type I,type II,and type IIIA fractures.External fixation is still suggested for type IIIB and type IIIC fractures.
