摘要
目的：探讨复杂性胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗的方法和疗效.方法：回顾分析复杂性胫骨平台骨折38例患者资料.结果：无1例发生术后感染,无钢板螺钉断裂、折弯或松动.骨性愈合时间6~13个月.关节功能优23例,良12例,可2例,差1例,优良率为97%.结论：锁定钢板内固定术是治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的有效方法,稳定的内固定,采取正确的关节功能康复治疗是提高疗效的关键.
Objective：To research the methods and efficacy of internal fixation of tibial plateau fracture surgery. Methods：Retrospective analysis into 38 cases diagnosed as complexity of the tibial plateau fracture admitted.Results： No case of postoperative infection,plate and screw broken,bent or loose. Bone healing time was 6-13 months. Joint function excellent in 23 cases,good in 12 cases, general in 32 cases,and poor in 1 cases, good rate of 97%.Conclusion： The surgery is an effective therapy for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Stable internal fixation and proper joint function rehabilitation treatment is the key to improve the efficacy.
