摘要
目的了解四川某市医疗纠纷发生的原因,并提出相应防范对策,以使该市医疗纠纷能得到有效的防范和减少;方法对该市近3年来的医疗纠纷统计及医疗事故处理结果的数据进行统计分析;结果该市县、乡镇医疗机构医疗纠纷发生数多;患者期望过高、医患沟通不当及诊疗过错是引发该市医疗纠纷的前三位主要原因;结论通过提高医疗质量、加强医患沟通、健全各项规章制度、严厉打击职业医闹、加大政府对医疗卫生的财政投入等措施,从源头上防范医疗纠纷,构建和谐医患关系。
Objective To find out the causes of medical disputes about a city,and propose preventive measures,so that the city medical disputes can be effectively prevent and reduce.Method This paper based on the past three years of medical disputes statistics and the results of medical blunders statistical description of the data analysis in the city.Results The city and county,township medical institutions more than the number of medical disputes;patients expect too much,doctor-patient communication and improper treatment caused the fault is the main reason the city＇s top three medical disputes;Conclusion So that it is necessary to improve health care quality and strengthen doctor-patient communication and improve various rules and regulations to crack down on professional medical trouble,and increase the health of the financial input from the source to prevent medical disputes,to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.And it is an important guarantee for social stability and long-term peace and order in the country.
