摘要
文章通过阐述我国企业面临的宏观情况,指出企业产生冲突的直接和深层原因,并分析了企业冲突对企业创新的影响,提出规避企业冲突的措施,最后给出企业策略的选择。
The paper analyzes present macro-situation of Chinese enterprises,points out the direct reasons and underlying reasons of conflict in enterprises,and the effect of enterprises conflict at last gives a choice of business strategy.
