摘要 根据当前有机化学、天然药物化学发展趋势及高等院校波谱解析课教学中存在的问题,积极探索科学的教学方法。实践证明,在研究生波谱解析课程中以科研实际应用为目标,积极引入核磁共振解析软件等多媒体教学手段,以波谱解析的实践为重点,开展研究生波谱解析课程的教学,使研究生获得扎实的专业能力,是行之有效的教学方法,对提高研究生科研能力和就业竞争力有重要的意义。 Based on the development trend of organic chemistry and natural medicinal chemistry as well as the problems existing in Spectrum Analysis course at colleges, we have explored a scientific teaching method. Practice has proved that regardi research on compound structure ng the practical application and actual usage of spectrum analysis in scientific derivation as the primary objective and key point is an effective new method. Meanwhile, taking advantage of multimedia like NMR spectrum processing software is very helpful in teaching. This also benefits a lot of students. It is extremely meaningful in enabling them to gain solid professional competency. Also it is a good way to improve their ability in research and make them more competitive in the current tough employment market.
