摘要
在分析了建设工程"黑白合同"现象的表现形式的基础上,研究了建筑工程"黑白合同"的法律效力问题,从法律的层次为黑合同和白合同的合法性判定提供了依据,以期有力控制"黑白合同"现象。
Based on analyzing the manifestation of ＂black and white contract＂ phenomenon of construction project, it studies the legal validity of ＂black and white contract＂ of construction contract. Therefore, it has provided basis for the legitimacy identification of black and white contract from a legal level, with a view to effectively control ＂black and white contract＂ phenomenon.
