盐酸戊乙奎醚与阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒40例疗效比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚注射液(长托宁)治疗有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效,并与阿托品治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的疗效进行比较.方法 选择笔者所在医院2006年1月~2010年2月80例有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分为治疗组(盐酸戊乙奎醚组)和对照组(阿托品)各40例,观察比较两组的症状消失时间、阿托品化时间、给药次数以及住院时间,及两组用药过量导致不良反应时间.结果 治疗组的给药次数、住院时间均明显少于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有显著性(P〈0.05).但两组间的症状消失时间及阿托品化时间比较,差异不显著(P〉0.05).治疗组用药过量的发生率明显低于对照组,且治疗组心动过速的发生率也明显低于对照组,其他不良反应如视力模糊、尿潴留、躁动的发生率两组比较,差异也有显著性(P〈0.05).结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚抗毒作用全面,不良反应小、作用持续时间长,临床治疗效果优于阿托品,值得临床推广和应用. Objective To investigate the penehyclidine hydrochloride injection in treatment of organophosphate poisoning of clinical efficacy, and treatment with atropine in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning effects were compared. Methods 80 cases of organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into treatment group ( group penehyclidine hydrochloride) and the control group (atropine) of the 40 cases,these patients were selected from Mianyang Central Hospital in January 2006 to February 2010. Observed and compared the two groups symptoms time, atropine of time, Delivery frequency and length of stay, and two groups of drug overdose adverse reaction time. Results Delivery frequency and length of stay in treatment group were significantly less than the control group, by statistical analysis, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05 ). However, the time between the two groups of symptoms and atropine of time, the difference was not significant (P 〉 0. 05 ). Overdose treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and treatment group the incidence of tachycardia was significantly lower than the control group, other adverse reactions such as blurred vision, urinary retention, the incidence of agitation the two groups, there was a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The advantage of penehyclidine hydroehloride include comprehensive anti - drug role,lower adverse reactions,long duration of action, clinical treatment is better than atropine,it is worthy of promotion and application.
