摘要
传统教学模式以传授知识为中心,忽视学生主动参与。团队教学法是以学生自主性、探索性学习为基础,以项目为主线,以团队学习为中心,任务目标为使命,团队为载体,教师为主导,学生为主体,以素质培养为目的,有效激发学生的创新能力。
The mode of traditional teaching thinks teaching knowledge as the center, and ignores the students' participation. Team teaching is based on the autonomy and exploratory learning of the students. It thinks the project as the main line, team-learning as the center, mission objectives for the mission, the team as the carrier, teacher-led, student-centered. It can train the quality for the purpose and stimulate effectively the students' innovation ability.
