摘要
目的探讨ｂｃｌ２蛋白在恶性黑素瘤（ＭＭ）中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化方法对２４例ＭＭ的ｂｃｌ２蛋白表达进行了检测。结果１５／２４的ＭＭ的瘤细胞阳性，且ｂｃｌ２蛋白表达强度与ＭＭ的病理分级呈低度正相关（ｒｓ′＝０．４７１，Ｐ＜０．０５），而良性黑素细胞肿瘤则极少表达ｂｃｌ２蛋白。结论ｂｃｌ２蛋白与ＭＭ的发展有关。
Objective To study the expression of bcl 2 protein in malignant melanoma (MM) and its significance.Method The expression of bcl 2 protein in 24 cases of MM was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results 15/24 cases were bcl 2 protein positive on tumor cells in MM and the expressive intensity of bcl 2 protein was low degree correlated to the pathologic degree of MM(r s′=0.471,P<0.05),but bcl 2 protein was less expressed in benign melanocytic cell tumors.Conclusion bcl 2 proein is correlated with the progression of MM.
